April to November, 6 months of transformation.💪
I’m very proud of my accomplishments in the last 6 months. Not only did I start a new relationship, travel and manage to consistently (yet slowly) lose, but I learned that if I continue believing in myself, that I can achieve results no matter how many times I fall. And I fall … a lot!
It’s easy to post about the positive, about success, about changing your life, but what many of you don’t know based off of my posts is that I STILL STRUGGLE. ➡I struggle with my mind, my eating, my perception of myself. Losing 125 lbs doesn’t make you endlessly happy. It won’t solve all of your problems or instantly remove insecurity.⬅ I struggle with loving my physical self and being content with how I look. I always want more. I beat myself up when I binge eat, or when I maintain my weight without loss in a while. I am surely not over the hump, as the last to transform is the mind.
Don’t feel alone. We all have insecurities and doubts. Know that we are always evolving into something greater but that we have to struggle to learn the lesson and ultimately, become the master of our minds. My story is here to help. As I evolve, I want you to see the struggle. ➡It wouldn’t be a journey without the hardships, but no matter how many times you slip up, what defines you is how you prevail.⬅ Keep your head up, the best is yet to come!🔥🔥🔥
